Spine<\/h2>\n

The spine is the central support system of our body. It is needed for almost all movements of the body. The spine is made up of a total of 24 vertebrae, the sacrum and the coccyx. Between the vertebrae are the intervertebral discs, which serve as a kind of “buffer” for the vertebrae to cushion strong movements. To ensure stability and mobility of the spine, the spine<\/strong> is surrounded by numerous muscles. The back muscles, which are responsible for posture, are located in the depths. The muscles above direct the movements of the body.<\/p>\n
